You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and complete.

We do our best to describe and photograph every item accurately. Because our products are handmade and often personalised, small variations in colour, grain, finish and size are normal and are not defects. Screen calibration also affects how colours appear, so the shade you see may differ slightly from the item you receive.

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm your order.
• We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already confirmed.
• If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order over WhatsApp, phone or email. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, we cannot deliver to your area, the personalisation is something we cannot produce, or we suspect fraud.

For personalised orders, you are responsible for the accuracy of the spelling, dates, names and photographs you send us. We will confirm the artwork and photo crop with you before printing. Once you approve it and production begins, the order cannot be changed or cancelled, and personalised items are not eligible for return except where they arrive damaged, defective or different from what you approved.

By uploading a photograph or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else's copyright or other rights. We may decline to print content that is unlawful, offensive or infringing.

Payments are processed through Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. Your order moves into production only after payment is confirmed. We never see or store your full card details or UPI PIN.

Delivery timelines, charges and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather and local restrictions.

All content on this website — including the Gifthara name and logo, product photographs, text and page design — belongs to Gifthara by Priya or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission. Photographs and artwork you upload remain yours.

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it systematically, or to submit content that is unlawful, obscene or infringes someone else's rights.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed occasions caused by courier delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
