Gifthara by Priya is a small business based at Udayamperoor P.O., Nadakkavu, Ernakulam, Kerala 682307, India. We sell personalised gifts, photo frames and keepsakes. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Gifthara by Priya, and "you" refers to the person using this website.

We only collect what we need to fulfil your order and answer your questions:

• Contact details — your name, phone number and email address.
• Delivery details — the shipping address, landmark and PIN code you enter at checkout.
• Order details — the items you buy and any personalisation instructions you send us.
• Photos you upload — images you provide for a customised photo frame.
• Usage data — anonymous analytics about pages visited and how the site is used, collected through Google Analytics for Firebase.

We do not collect or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net-banking credentials. Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway.

• To process, pack and deliver your order.
• To confirm personalisation details and photo crops with you before printing.
• To send order updates over WhatsApp, phone or email.
• To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
• To understand which parts of the site are used, so we can improve it.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone for marketing purposes.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a payment gateway authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. When you pay, you are redirected to or served a secure Razorpay interface, and your payment credentials are submitted directly to Razorpay. We receive only the transaction result — success or failure, the amount, and a reference ID. Razorpay's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.

We share your details only with parties who help us run the business:

• Courier and logistics partners, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
• Our payment gateway, to process and verify payments and refunds.
• Google Firebase, which hosts this website and stores our catalogue and order data.
• Government authorities, where disclosure is required by law.

Photos you send for personalisation are used solely to produce your order. We keep them only as long as needed to print, verify and dispatch the item, and to handle any reprint request. We will never publish, share or use your photo for promotion without asking you first and getting your clear agreement.

This site uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep your cart contents between pages and to collect anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics for Firebase. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart may not work correctly if you do.

Order and contact records are kept for as long as needed to service the order and to meet tax and accounting requirements under Indian law. Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymous form.

Your data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We restrict access to the people who need it to run the business. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

This website is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their details, please contact us and we will delete it.
